Thank you for shopping with Sage & Stirrup. We're committed to getting your order to you as smoothly as possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 working days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times For in-stock items, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from the date your order is dispatched. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

UK Deliveries We currently ship to all mainland UK addresses. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland, please allow additional time.

International Shipping We are working on expanding our shipping options internationally. Please check back soon or contact us at hello@sagestirrup.co.uk to enquire about international delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@sagestirrup.co.uk and we will investigate promptly.
